For in-stock items, shipping usually takes 5–10 business days. For custom rugs or made-to-order pieces, please allow 8–12 weeks.

9. What if my rug arrives damaged?
All shipments are insured. If your rug arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund process.
